Delayed & Closed Courts: | ||
Arkansas | Crittenden | The Marion District Court has reopened and their record keeping system is once again functioning. We are completing searches as quickly as possible. |
California | El Dorado | Researcher visits this court daily. There is currently no PAT available to the researchers. All search requests must be submitted to the court clerks for completion. There is no limit to the number of requests that the researchers are able to submit to the clerks each day, however, court staff is stretched thin and TAT is further delayed as the court is currently in the process of transitioning to a new case management system. Please expect delays. |
California | Kings | Possible records must be completed by the court clerks. Expect delays. |
California | Los Angeles | No DOB information is available from the PAT. The court clerks will no longer verify DOB’s. We are allowed to request five case files a day where we can then confirm the DOB. Expect major delays. |
California | Marin | Cases requiring clerk assistance may be delayed. The court has reopened by appointment only. They are also limiting researchers to pull six cases per appointment. Expect major delays. |
California | Nevada | The court will be releasing a new public access portal, with up to date case information, in the coming weeks. In the meantime, the current public access portal has been disabled so our researchers cannot conduct searches at this time. |
California | Sacramento | The Court removed DOB's from their site so all searches with possible records must be processed with the court. |
California | San Bernardino | Searches that require file pulls may be delayed. |
California | San Joaquin | Public access is fully functional again. Our researchers are working through the backlog. |
California | Santa Clara | Please expect delays for possible records only as we are unable to obtain full disposition and sentencing information on both the online portal and the court’s PAT. The court is aware of the issue and their IT is currently working on it. |
California | Santa Cruz | Public access is currently down. It has been intermittently down since 4/18. |
California | San Diego | All possible records must be submitted to the clerks in order to get complete information. The court has been operating with a skeleton crew for the last several weeks and has built up a backlog of requests. Expect delays. |
California | Solano | Courts are open with limited public access. All searches are indexed via public terminal. DOBs for possible records are verified via books. Once the case number is matched with a DOB, file must be ordered with clerks to retrieve case disposition. Once matching cases are identified and ordered, it takes the clerks 10-15 business days to scan. Please note delays are due to court’s backlog. |
California | Sutter | The court removed the DOB from the PAT. Therefore, all possible cases or common names are clerk assisted and may take up to two weeks per the clerk. |
California | Ventura | Due to Covid, only the Ventura Superior Court is accepting requests at the clerk counter. The court is backlogged due to staff limitations and limited hours so please expect delays on orders that require clerk assistance. |
Florida | Pinellas | Updates were made to public access which caused some connectivity issues. This has been resolved and our researchers are working through the backlog. |
Georgia | Clayton | Complete information on possible hits is missing on many cases. The information can only be obtained through file request that the clerks must fulfill. According to the head clerk, the court is grossly understaffed and very backed up with file requests. Expect significant delays. |
Georgia | Forsyth | The courts are still being impacted by an outage. Researchers are conducting searches at the courthouse while the site is down. Expect delays. |
Georgia | Fulton | Many searches require files to be pulled to get complete information. The court is short staffed and struggling with the volume of file pulls. |
Georgia | Georgia | Our GA statewides are processed through various police departments in GA and they are all short staffed due to Covid. |
Georgia | Spalding | Please expect delays while the researchers work to catch up from the backlog experienced last week. |
Hawaii | Honolulu | Many searches require files to be pulled to get complete information. The court is short staffed and struggling with the volume of file pulls. Please expect delays. |
Illinois | Cook County | The court's record keeping system is not functioning normally. Our researchers are experiencing extreme latency and intermittent outages. We will continue to process orders as quickly as possible. Expect delays. |
Kentucky | Graves | The court has reopened but does not have a public access terminal at their new temporary location. They have informed us that they will not have a PAT available until they move into a permanent new courthouse which is anticipated to happen much later in 2022. |
Kentucky | Knox | Public access is fully operational again. The researcher is working through the backlog. |
Maryland | All Counties | The connectivity issues have been resolved. Our researchers are working through the backlog. |
Michigan | Barry | Our researchers have been added to the authorized user lists and are working with the clerks when a DOB isn’t readily available. |
